Mizelle-Lake Mountain Thunder (S)-Cro./P/EH OS

Lake Mountain Thunder by Dary John Mizelle for percussion ensemble. This piece is written for twelve stations of percussion (one player per station), English horn, and conductor.

twenty five crotales
nine conventional woodblocks
three Japanese woodblocks (boku sho)
six maracas
four cloud chamber bowls
six Japanese bowl gongs (kin)
six brake drums
six circular saw blades
two large automobile or truck coil springs
one large pitched button gong (preferably a gamelan gong)
