Sonnet by Stanley Leonard is a work for solo percusion and prerecorded sounds. The percussion part is largely improvisatory within prameters specified by the composer, while the recorded part consists of an electronically altered reading of Shakespeare's Sonnet 116 with some percussive pulses.
