This is a great way to mount a ton of accessories in a small space. It will mount anything from cowbells, blocks and tambourines to cymbals, timbales and roto toms provided you buy the correct mounting hardware. However, the straight rods that come with this are very short. To get the most use of mounting space I suggest buying longer straight rods. This makes the rack even more expensive than it already is, considering it's basically a giant multiclamp. Also, the wingnuts that tighten each rod to the bar are the old type that just uses a wing screw, so they are not as solid as clamps that use an eyebolt.
