LP Udu Drum - Udongo II

The LP Udu Drum Udongo II has rich, extreme textures between chambers. Udongo II produces mellow, round dry sounds to bright, sharp, wet sounds. The two-headed design is will sit well with bongo players.

The LP Udu Drum has a clay construction based upon centuries-old traditions. Sometimes referred to as an Ibo Drum the name is derived from the Nigerian language meaning pottery. This drum is played by hitting any part of the drum with the hands and fingertips. A large variety of tones and pitches contribute to the complex percussive patterns Udu Drums are known for.
