Description
The Mallet Minder holder is made of a durable TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and is proven to be more quiet and reliable than any other mallet holder on the market in this price point. Field tested in both warm and cold climates, the Mallet Minder will not crack in almost any climate.

Does not stick to the drums very well. Would not purchase again.

I was adventurous and tried out this new product because of its price and aesthetic value. I personally don't like the clunky appearance of other bass drum mallet holders and these look a bit more 'stealth.' However, like another reviewer said, we've had great trouble keeping the Mallet Minders attached for the same issue of the pressure point being too tight, so the whole system pulls significantly up when having to grab a new pair of mallets (and yes, we cleaned thoroughly the surface before application). We tried getting super heavy-duty mounting tape and it did not fix the problem. Very frustrating experience for our bass drummers and staff! Stick with the established brands until Mallet Minder can get a new, improved version out.

These holders worked ok for us for awhile, but we've had probably 3 of the 5 fail to stay securely adhered to the drum. Seems like perhaps the grip point is a bit too tight on the mallets and the action of pulling the mallets off will, over time, pull the entire holder off the drum. We took great care to clean the shells before attaching these, but the problem still remains. Switching back to the Yamahas.

Very easy to install and look fantastic. There are no separate parts to loose or break. Bass Drummer Proof!
