Mason-Horizons (5 player version) (SP)-V/M/P

Horizons by Brian Mason can be performed mulitple ways: as a vibraphone/marimba duet, as a trio with percussion, or as an ensemble piece. This version is the full ensemble version (vibraphone, marimba, percussion, and ensemble). Horizons is a very rhythmic piece that encompasses a lot of syncopation between the featured parts and is a lot of fun to play. While challenging, especially in the use of the range of the instruments, it is still accessible to most knowledgeable players.
