I think they're great...Removed the velcro (mufflers) and used Topstick Men's grooming double stick tape and mounted 4 of them strategically on my flamenco guitar top. Ready to rumba now with some "Jazzamenco"tm
Great little instrument to add a little something different to your cajon sound. Can also be mounted on a flat board or surface and used like actual castanets, or as a substitute for hand clapping.
