Marceau-Moments for Marimba-M

Moments for Marimba by Thomas R. Marceau is a very expressive composition in three movements. Each movement can be performed individually or the piece can be played as a three-movement suite. The composition is idiomatic to the marimba, however, great technical finesse is required to achieve the necessary nuances in color and rhythm. Each movement requires 4 mallets. Movement 1 requires a 4.6 octave (low E) marimba, Movement 2 requires a 4.5 octave (low F) marimba, and Movement 3 requires a 5 octave marimba.
