Description
"Spatial Tendencies" is a rhythmic journey for percussion ensemble. The work starts of with a syncopated bass drum ostinato that drives the beginning of the piece. Metallic sounds are then added over the ostinato gradually. Montoya packs a lot of rhythmic concepts into the small package. This piece is a great way for any percussion ensemble to work on rhythmic accuracy and ensemble playing.
