More Contest Ensembles for Young Percussionists by Murray Houllif is a collection of ten quintets for young percussion ensembles. This collection is an excellent vehicle for teaching a variety of styles. Each piece is scored for instruments that are commonly found in band rooms like timpani, snare drum, bass drum, triangle, and ratchet (does not use keyboard percussion instruments).
