Sekiya-Night Wind (SP)-V/M/almgl./P/FL/CL/HN/VN/VA/VC

Night Wind for two solo percussionists and chamber ensemble by Naomi Sekiya. Also available for two percussionists and and piano reduction. Night Wind was composed for Percussion Rochester 2012 at the Eastman School of Music and is the recipient of the John Beck Composition Prize.

Instrumentation:

Percussion 1 - Suspended Cymbal, Glass Wind Chimes, Woodblocks, Bass Drum, Small Tam Tam

Percussion 2 - Sizzle Cymbal, Bongos, Tom Toms, Temple Blocks, Large Tam Tam

Chamber Ensemble: Flute (Db on picc. & alto flute), Clarinet in Bb (Db on B. Clarinet), Horn in F, Violin, Viola, Cello
