Description
Nyack is one of the more complex works by David Friedman for his Double Image vibraphone/marimba duo with Dave Samuels. One of the unique parts of this piece is the contrast between the improvised (or written) solos between the two instruments. Each "voice" is able to speak distinctly, while remaining within the framework of the piece.
