Wain-Paganini Variations-M

Paganini Variations by Gary Wain is a four mallet solo scored for 4.3 octave marimba. Based on the famous Caprice in A minor from Paganini's 24 Caprices for Solo Violin, this work consists of the theme followed by nine variations. Each variation builds on the one before causing the piece to become more dramatic and technically demanding as it proceeds.
