Description
Patisserie by Julie Spencer is a two mallet solo scored for 4.3 octave marimba. This short solo was inspired by the composer's trip to France where she frequented a small patisserie. The piece reflects the contrast between the lightness of the patisserie and the hardness of the owner's life.
