Nice Add-On to the Main Kit

As a warning: the stock of this item fluctuates a lot, so it may take a while for it to arrive compared to the rest of the order (these were the last item to ship, a month after the rest of the kit arrived) With that out of the way, they work great! The mounting posts are super simple to attach (I've got mine on the crash and ride stands)and the drums really project, despite not having shells. They come stock with single-ply Pearl branded heads, which I would recommend swapping out for something a little bit more durable. In my case, even with muted two-ply heads, they don't tune low super well, so I'd recommend keeping the tuning pretty high (10" and 14" aren't very large in the first place, go figure, lol). Overall, a great addition to the 2 piece main compact traveler kit, or a psuedo-tom addition to a normal drum kit.
