Description

The Pearl CXT2 Air Frame Tenor Carrier features a redesign to accommodate players of all genders, body shapes, and sizes. The reshaped Airframe shoulder and chest sections are attached to a thin aluminum belly plate with extreme range of motion. The ACS (Agility Control System) Belt unites the player to their instrument for optimal stability in today's modern use of body movement. The shoulder and belly pads are removable for cleaning and are built with a stealth-like design that practically disappears under the uniform.

The CXBB-1 Tenor backbar (included with this carrier) provides absolute level positioning of all of the toms and features lightweight aluminum construction for durability while not breaking your back while playing. The player has the option to have a 6" AND 8" size gock drums in their sextet configuration.

The CX2 Series carriers combine lightweight, simplistic designs with rugged durability. Additionally the CX2 Series features increased adjustability with minimal moving parts, making this the perfect carrier for players of all sizes and skill levels.

An optional add-on plus size accessory is available as well allowing all players to experience the comfort and fluidity of movement offered by the CX Series Carriers

In all of my years of marching and teaching, I have NEVER...EVER... under any circumstances, used such a GREAT product for myself and students. When I used Yamaha drums with Randall May Carriers, those things GENUINELY SUCKED!! However, with the new money from the school, I changed to Pearl Drums, and I am SHOCKED on how powerful and comfortable these carriers are for all of our players. One of my tenor players said their back felt better even with the new and heavier quints (Yamahas to Pearls) yet they still preferred using the Pearls! This is an AMAZING product and used the J-Hook mech instead of the unreliable lock n' drop. (which doesnt even work on my drums anymore??!!) Point is, PEARL=YES , RANDY MAY= HELL NO!!
