Description
This Pearl Task Specific Free Floating Snare Drum is made from Birch and has a smooth Satin Birch finish. Even with it's diminutive 14x3.5 size shell, the tonal qualities of this drum have a meaty mid range pop. Birch drums in general have a warm mid range tone to them. The performer will find many uses for this snare drum.
The Term Free Floating means there is no points on the drum shell in which the lug casing makes contact. This allows for maximum shell resonance and tone.
