By far the best suspended cymbal stand available

I compared many different models of suspended cymbal stands over the last year or so before settling on this one. I was nervous at first that the design might not accommodate larger cymbals, but once it arrived, I realized that it was an optical illusion based on the overall proportions of the design. My gut told me to go with this one even though two or three others were top of my list previously, as Pearl makes the best hardware in the business (stands, kick pedals, etc.). I also was concerned about avoiding unwanted resonance and vibrations, and couldn't tell from on-line descriptions, photos, and reviews, which one would be best, but now that I own the Pearl, I am confident it is the best on all counts.
