Pearl's DR-513C three-sided rack features curved bars that let your drums and cymbals flow around you for easy reach and greater speed.

Like all ICON racks, this features height adjustable square bars for 100% slip-proof performance and large T-style feet for rock solid stability. The DR-513C comes with a pair of PCL-100 clamps that fit atop the legs for mounting cymbal holders or additional toms. The DR-513C comes standard with four PCX-100 die cast Pipe Clamps. The PCX-100 clamps fit to the rack like a glove for absolutely no play and the jaws are adjustable to fit a variety of tubing sizes. The optional PCX-200 Pipe Clamp features a swivel jaw for added versatility.

The square tubing means clamps are never going to slip, and the way the bars attach to the legs is simple and more effective than Gibraltar, because the clamps are built-in to the bars. I recommend upgrading the clamps to the PCX200 models as they are much more adjustable. There are also various clamps from Gibraltar and DW that let you mount things to the legs (not just the tops, but clamped further down). I have cut one bar into sections to make shorter sides, and sold the 3rd bar with 2 legs as a front rack since I didn't need it. I still have over 20 cymbals, various drums and lots of accessories on it with no stability issues.

Saves money in the long run

This thing is a little larger than I expected but it is definitely worth the money. It doesn't slide around or slip and did I say it will save you money?
