Its 8mm steam-bent solid shell is reinforced with 6mm solid maple reinforcement rings, creating a highly responsive concert snare with deep lows, a pronounced midrange, crisp articulation, and exceptional projection. Each Philharmonic USA Solid Shell snare is CNC drilled, hand-finished, and assembled at Pearl's Music City Custom Shop in Nashville, Tennessee.
