Formed using traditional steam-bending techniques and reinforced with 6mm solid maple reinforcement rings, the shell is CNC-drilled, hand-finished, and assembled at Pearl's Music City Custom Shop in Nashville, Tennessee.

Pearl equips the Philharmonic USA Solid Shell with nickel-plated Classic Tube Lugs and the SR505 Triad Silent Strainer, paired with wrap-around coated and stainless steel snare cables for precise adjustment and exceptional response. Available with a 45 degree bearing edge for a brighter, more cutting response. this professional concert snare drum features a natural finish with no inlay.
