Pearl 14" Percussion Brazilian Tan Tan (Small Surdo)

The Surdo is usually the bass voice in a samba ensemble. Assorted sizes are used to create a melodic line. This Pearl Tan Tan is a higher voice in that assortment. Pearl used a combination of durable but lightweight wood and hardware to create an instrument that can be worn and played for many hours. A synthetic durable head is able to hold its tuning in any weather conditions.
