Description

The Pearl D3000TC Timpani Throne is a professional grade timpani throne that has a robust pneumatic cylinder for infinite height adjustment from 23"-33". D3000TC has a solid cast 5 leg base with adjustable feet for uneven surfaces, and an independently adjustable foot ring to accommodate a wide range of player heights and comfort positions. The seat is generously padded and the full size adjustable back rest will reduce fatigue for the user over long periods of use. This new throne is not just for timpanists: The D3000TC is a great conductor's seat, upright double bass stool, and keyboard / synth chair as well.

I am actually a Double Bassist and this thrown hands down is the best for back support. It goes with me every time I perform, rehearse ect. Fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this item as well as this music company.

I currently own 4 different timpani stools. I use this in my practice studio and have been very pleased with it. Good quality materials, plenty of height, and great comfort. Its a little big and heavy for me to use it as a gig stool, though for some jobs it may be worth the additional effort for the comfort advantage it has over the stool I usually use.

After about a week of use, I like this stool quite a bit. Compares well to some very expensive timpani stools I've used, even. It's comfortable, adjustable, works well. Shipping was extremely quick, assembly was very simple. Price is very reasonable. Win, win, win.
