Description
Percussion Quartet No. 2 by Christopher Swist was composed to complement the abstract nature and form of his first quartet. This piece explores additional sets in 12-tone harmonic language and makes use of mirror-retrograde form. Instrumentation: Vibraphone and Snare Drum, Marimba, Percussion 1 (4 toms), Percussion 2 (3 bass drums).
