Helble-Preludes for Marimba (7,8,9)-M

Preludes Nos. 7, 8, & 9 by Raymond Helble is a collection of four mallet etudes scored for 4.3 octave marimba. Prelude No.7 is a chromatic toccata type piece with a Baroque style motor rhythm. Prelude No.8 is a short but pensive treatment of a short rhythmic motive. Prelude No.9 is a mysterious march that approaches and dissolves into the distance.
