The Promark Rebound Balance 7A drumstick is made from select quality hickory. Rebound balance means the weight distribution is centered towards the rear of the stick. This will optimize such technical elements as finesse and agility. These enhanced playing elements really shine in musical styles such as jazz, funk and gospel.

I've been using Vic Firth 5A'a for years now and after hearing about the rebound balance concept I picked up a pair and I'm pretty pumped about them. They definitely feel more articulate and easy to do lighter cymbal work and move around the kit. I play funk and jazz and the 7A rebounds are killer. I also have pretty sweaty hands so the ActiveGrip is a savior, I much prefer the coating than adding grip tape. I'll be experimenting and buying more rebound sticks in the future. I recommend checking them out next time you're buying sticks.
