Jenny-Pursuit (SP)-Solo M/P/X/B/V/C/4T

Pursuit by Jack Jenny for solo marimba and percussion ensemble. This composition displays the two and four mallet abilities of the marimba soloist. The accompanying ensemble consists of 5 or 6 players using xylophone, orchestra bells, vibes, optional bell tree, gong, chimes, timpani, triangle, snare drum, bass drum, suspended cymbal, and finger cymbals. This ensemble is well suited for performance by both high school and college percussion ensembles and should be enthusiastically received by both performers and audiences alike.
