Rice-Quartet No. 1 in F (SP)-4M

Quartet No. 1 in F by Dwayne Rice for four marimbas. This piece was composed in the spirit of the great string quartets of Beethoven and Schubert. It relies heavily on the tonal and formal structures of the period. The wuartet was commissioned by a consortium of 27 schools, groups, and individuals from around the globe.
