Run On, Spin Out, by Louis Raymond-Kolker was written to mimic a friend of the composer, in the way that he seamlessly moves from one topic to another, and goes on chains of tangents that take you far away from where you started in no time at all. This plays out as a musical run-on sentence bouncing around in a small room, turning over on itself, echoing, and eventually dissipating.
