Rechargeable Batterie by Eric Rath for percussion octet. Accessory percussion is the palette from which we paint percussive colors within musical ensembles. This piece gives young students the opportunity to shine with their accessorizing prowess while broadening their technical vocabulary and equipping them with the skills necessary to accomplish the basics every percussionist should know.

This piece was extracted from the larger compilation book, Beyond Basic Percussion. Co-written by Eric Rath and Ralph Hicks it contains 10 ensembles from which beginning percussion students can learn.
