This instrument is so cool! I love how many different trippy space sounds it makes and that you can place a hand over the top for wah-wah effect. Love it!
Description
The Remo Spring drum is small but it will produce a neat variety of sounds. Shake it and is sounds like thunder. Strike it on the spring and will emulate a thunder clap. You can vary the pitch by putting your hand over the opening. A must have item.

More Versatile than Smaller Size

This has a lower pitch than the smaller 7"x2" model, and as a result seems to fit in more musical places. You can also play on the top of the drum, where the spring is, and there are distinct low and high tones, almost like a very muted small doumbek with less high end and cool reverb FX in the background...
