Rothman-Quarter-Note Technique

"Quarter-Note Technique" is a companion book to "Quarter-Note Accents Around the Drums" by Joel Rothman. Both books were designed specifically as supplementary material for beginning students. Although all the exercises in this book were written simply with quarter notes, a multitude of stickings patterns emerge which, when practiced diligently, provide ample opportunity to develop speed and control.
