The Weiss 12" Rototom is a unique drum in that it's pitch is quickly adjustable using the tuning wheel in the drum. It has a distinct sound and it's quick tune nature makes for some creative technique.

I purchased this 12” rototom to compliment my 1980s Remo 6,8,10 and 14” set. It fits in nicely and the quality is on par with my Remos. If you’re looking for rototoms, don’t hesitate to buy, these are great quality.
Silly review title aside, I've been searching for a good distributor of roto-tom type drums for a few months and...duh...I should have looked in the most obvious place. Steve Weiss roto toms are as good as any out there and less expensive than even most used ones. I am on the opposite side of the country from them and their shipping was quick and safe. Thanks guys!
