The Salyers 5AK1 is from the Kendo Stick Series. This stick is unique in that it has the shaft of traditional 5A with bundle tip bamboo dowel rods. This allows for the percussion rod sound as well as the ability to do rim clicks.

These are a cool addition to my bag...the fact that you can play cross stick stuff or turn them around and play like a regular stick makes them a lot more versatile than regular bundled sticks. Recommended!
