Sara's Song by Michael Burritt is a four mallet solo scored for 5-octave marimba. Burritt wrote this piece in 2005 as the processional music for a close friend's wedding. Burritt writes, "This short work represents my feelings for the family as well as the emotional significance of this beautiful occasion. Sara's Song is dedicated to the entire Sartarelli family. It is an offering of love and gratitude for the deep friendship our families have shared."

This is a beautiful piece, but a hard one. There are very few patterns and at one point your hands are at each end of the 5 octave, but once you learn the piece, it is very beautiful!
