Moore, M.-Seeing the World (SP)-2M

Seeing the World by Matt Moore is a percussion quartet written for two marimbas (one 4.3-octave and one 4-octave). This piece was written to be an accessible yet musically rich intermediate marimba quartet. The piece is constructed around a single sticking pattern and has few changing notes per measure, so performers can quickly get past the note-learning phase and start having fun and sounding good!
