Very crisp & articulation of ghosts notes at the lowest volume is incredible. You better be a great musician, you can't hide behind this drum, you can hear every mistake you make with the rudiments that you're playing! As the years go by B20 bronze will get warmer as it ages. That's why the 80's-90's bell brass are going for outrageous prices. My 90's bell brass is warmer than this one just because of age and maybe being sand casted.
