Ten Short Songs by Keith Larson is a collection of concise four mallet solos scored for 4.3 octave marimba. These contrasting solos use various marimba techniques and styles and may be grouped together in a variety of ways, or performed all together as a 15 minute suite. The number of pieces used and the order in which they are arranged is left to the discretion of the performer.
