Good one-handed slap stick. Well-made, good price, great sound, probably about as loud as a one-hander can be.
The Timber Drum Company Slapstick is a percussion effect to mimic the crack of a whip sound. This version of the Slapstick is spring loaded so the instrument can be played with one hand. Some popular pieces that use the slapstick are "Sleigh Ride", Benjamin Britten's "The Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra" and Aaron Copland's "Rodeo (Buckaroo Holiday) Symphony No. 3".
