Henry-Timpania (SP)-2T/P

Timpania by Alice Henry for percussion octet. This piece is an interesting and creative work for beginner percussion ensemble, featuring the timpanist. This is a fun work that sounds great and comes together very quickly. The parts are of mixed difficulty, so there is a part for any level of student. Many parts can be easily doubled to increase the size of this ensemble from eight to twelve players. Timpania works well with a large younger ensemble of mixed abilities and attention spans.
