Description
Topsy-Turvy by Michael Udow is an eight minute percussion quartet commissioned by Kang-Ku Lee. Lee and the Akademie Percussion Ensemble of Seoul requested an exciting drumming work to close the percussion ensemble's spring concert touring program. This piece is a rhythmically energized work that continually subverts the comfort zone common in most of the world's popular dance music.
