Kreutz-Trio for Two Marimbas & Piano (SP)-2M/PN

Trio for Two Marimbas and Piano by Robert Kreutz edited and restored by Kathleen Kastner. Although this is a new publication, this piece has been missing in the marimba chamber repertoire for four decades. Three different sources has provided three different years of composition: 1949, 1950, and 1951. Program notes from a 1977 performance indicate that it was commissioned in 1951 by James Dutton and was first performed at Iowa Sate University in the summer of that year.
