This is the kind of book you can practice from for years (if you buy the book while you are toward the novice level). It has great solos and the practices prior to the solos really help with learning the solos. Also, the solos are definitely more of a contemporary marching style that add elements of symphonic snare, coordination and percussive experimentation. Two thumbs up!!
