I purchased this Gong mallet based on some reviews that stated it was particularly good for smaller Gongs. I'm using it on a 24" Planetary and it's amazing! Great feel, nice balance, not too hard and not too soft! The Mallet is lighter weight than most Mallets of this length, which makes it less stressful when playing for long periods of time. Top notch construction, too! Buy one, you won't regret it!
