Now I can keep using the same mallets until the shaft breaks. Bad news for the people selling the mallets, great news for people who play a lot but don't have much money. Amazing product! Thank you!

These are rather hard to find. Very few people carry the T3 replacement kit. Yet another reason to buy from Steve Weiss (besides the very fast shipping, and the cheapest prices on most things, like these felts)! Not a single complaint about this product. The replacement kit allows you to see the full life of your VF timpani mallet so you're not having to purchase new ones everytime a felt is damaged or destroyed. With relatively easy installation that takes maybe 10 minutes the old beat up felts on your timpani mallets will be as good as new!
