Great light sticks.

These sticks are excellent for concert band snare work or any place you need a light touch. The wrap weights the stick toward the rear, which (for me) gives more articulation and smoother playability (and *much* cleaner rolls). Since they are very light sticks, I would not expect them to last long in for a player who likes to hit cymbals on their edges heavily or who like to use the edges of their sticks on the hi-hat. Beware of long sessions as the rubber wrap can wear your skin out faster than unwrapped sticks, and it does tend to peel/roll up the stick easily (e.g. when putting them in your stick bag).
