AMAZING!! I wanted a gong that would give me that Keith Moon/John Bonham sound w/o the $$ of a Paiste Symphonic gong + the 1958 'Horror Of Dracula' movie gong sound in the opening theme song & perhaps some "Gong Therapy" on the side & this has fulfilled all those wishes & more. Love it!! The person I called at Steve Weiss Music was awesome & understood what I meant & said to just explain that in the notes portion of ordering. Free stand is a definite plus. The stand came w/ no instructions but was easy to figure out by looking at the pictures of the stand assembled. Oh & it literally arrived in 2days!! Fortunately I was home because the delivery person left it outside by the garage when it was about to rain, instead of carrying it to the porch-but that's no fault of Steve Weiss Music; just something we have to deal w/ when ordering anything. No regrets!! I'll say it again: Amazing. Thanks again Steve Weiss Music!!! The Gong LITERALLY puts a smile on my face whenever I strike it :) Bad day at work? Hit the gong!! Anxiety? Hit the gong!
