These inexpensive beaters felt good when I used them. Sound and weight are good.
Description
This triangle beater set includes six pair of beaters in a durable leather case. Made of fine brass tubes with wooden handles, these six pair of beaters will allow any player to correctly play all written triangle parts at whatever volume is called for. Fine Corinthian leather is hand-sewn to produce a very attractive and durable carry-case for these beaters. This package allows for all volumes to be played perfectly.

I don't particularly love the sound that these create as the pitch of the beater itself often gets in the way of the triangle's sound, but for louder pieces in wind ensemble settings they work ok, and you have lots of choices. For very quiet orchestral pieces where precision of sound is required, these are not the way to go.

nice balance and variety of sizes have used multiple times with concert band and orchestras already nice to have such versatility for a great price

Use them constantly. Largest beaters are great for playing iron. Honestly most versatile set of beaters I've had as well as the cheapest. I got the pair from the bargain bin that was only $20. One of my best purchases.
