First, according to the current NYSSMA manual, this solo is a Level 6, not a Grade 4 like you have listed.... Secondly, as a veteran drum instructor I have used this solo for many years and believe that it is one of the best and most fun solos ever written.....it's cool sounding, it swings, and it is highly recommended!
