Relinquished by Jordan Williams for low-A marimba & optional electronic track, Relinquished is a musical interpretation of the popular story of Jonah. In the story Jonah flees from what he has been told to do and finds himself on a ship in the midst of a storm of unprecedented severity. Jonah then relinquished himself to the crew after informing them that he is the reason for the storms. Jonah is cast overboard and swallowed by a "great fish" where he spends three days and nights praying for deliverance.
